Select ENTERPRISE RENT A CAR BOOKING (BILLING INCLUDED) which will bring you to a screen that looks like this.
ALWAYS MAKE SURE CHRISTIAN FAMILY CARE IS LISTED IN THE CORPORATE ACCOUNT NUMBER BOX.
- Enter the pickup location (closest to home – NOT THE AIRPORT)
- Enter the pickup and return dates and times
- Remember to select the most economical vehicle and follow the prompts
- When you receive an email receipt, code it and forward it to your supervisor for approval immediately. SUPERVISORS: Please code to 7170 (region) (program) then sign and forward to accounting@cfcare.org
FYI: There is NO CREDIT CARD ON FILE. This is corporate account that we pay by invoice. If the rental site tells you the card on the account is not active, let them know it is a corporate account, not a credit card. The Corporate Account Number should already be loaded, but it is XZ50U56
