The first half of this training is done online and the 2nd half is done in person on the following dates. You must sign up to get access to the online portion and you must complete the online portion to attend in person.

Click HERE to view the CFC Training Plans. Christian Family Care is committed to providing quality training for our employees. All training done through Relias is tracked and saved in Relias. Any training outside of Relias should be sent to the following staff to upload into Relias:

Be sure to forward training completed outside of Relias to the appropriate person above. If you would like any certificates for outside training to be saved in your personnel file, please scan a copy to hr@cfcare.org.
If you are leading a training class, please be sure to have your attendees sign in on a roster and submit your Lesson Plan/PowerPoint and completed Roster to HR@cfcare.org. Surveys will be sent electronically. A Completion Certificate template can be found below.
Besides in-house training provided by staff and representatives from the community, employees may be asked to attend workshops and conferences pertinent to CFC’s focus.
