Dear Staff:
We are making a change! Yes, another change but one that I think speaks more to the positive culture of CFC.
Staff Care is the new name of what used to be referred to as the Human Resource Department, because Staff Care more accurately reflects the heart and mission of this team. We are also changing the titles of staff as follows:
- Sharon Brown – Director of People Development – focused on hiring, retaining, and training of staff
- Lorina Soza – Staff Care Specialist – focusing on compensation and benefits
- Howard Saccoliti – Staff Care Specialist – focusing on volunteers, interns, and facilities
- Christine Dowd – Staff Care Coordinator – focusing on training, staff care technology for onboarding, files, applicant tracking system, reporting, and assists John with managing IT inventory and ordering.
Fortunately, this is not as big a change that will affect your life, such as the recent move of the Phoenix and Prescott offices. The Staff Care Department has always put your interest first, so this name change better aligns with the heart and mission of this team to serve you.
