Below you will find instructions on how to submit a ticket for your IT requests to our new IT Partner, Enterprise Technology Services (ETS). Whether you call in, email, or use the desktop application you will reach the same Tier1 Technician team. Barnabas has provided them with our CFC email addresses and CFC phone numbers, so that they will know who’s calling and from where. Please contact Barnabas Lee with any questions about this new partnership.
ETS will be ready to take IT requests beginning Monday, August 24, 2020.
