At Christian Family Care (CFC), we strive to find and hire the best talent available – people who embody our values and choose to contribute to our mission and vision. We believe that our existing employees, who already meet these criteria, are in a great position to help us find the best job candidates. We recognize that current employees are likely to refer only those individuals best suited to work for CFC, and therefore we wish to reward them for their referral efforts. The following outlines the FY2021 Employee Referral Program. For more information, please contact a member of the CFC Staff Care team.
Incentives
We provide the following incentives to thank our current employees for providing referrals:
- $50 bonus for a referral that is subsequently hired by the company
- $100 bonus for any referred new hire who completes 90-days and the New Employee Orientation Program
- $100 bonus for a referral that is still employed at their one-year hire anniversary
*Note: These incentives are awarded to the referring employee, not the new hire.
Guidelines
To help ensure that you get credit for qualified referrals:
- Candidates must list the referring employee at the time they complete their online application.
- Candidates must be minimally qualified for the position to which they are applying. Qualifications are listed on the job post and elaborated on specific job descriptions. Referring any candidate to an open position does not guarantee that they will be considered or scheduled for an interview.
- Referring employee must be actively employed with CFC at the time of a candidate’s hire date, 90-day mark, or one-year hire anniversary to be eligible for the respective referral incentives.
- An eligible referral is a new hire (a candidate who is not already working for CFC). Referrals made for internal promotions are not eligible for this incentive.
