Crisis Management Team Update 11/4/2020

Good afternoon,

Earlier today, we received word that three of our employees have received positive test results for COVID-19. Each employee had varying levels of contact with co-workers, and those who were in close contact with those employees have already been notified via an email from Lorina or direct notification from the COVID-positive employee. Each of our COVID-positive employees is doing well and have reported only mild symptoms. Prayers for their continued health and healing are appreciated!

Those employees who tested positive were in contact with COVID-positive individuals outside of work, thus there is no reason to believe that one or any of these individuals contracted the virus in CFC offices. However, we want to remind staff that it is imperative to follow the in-office guidelines while in CFC locations and to observe CDC best practices or contractual requirements while in contact with our families or clients. The in-office guidelines are attached again for your reference. We encourage you to always take necessary precautions in your daily interactions and in maintaining recommended physical distancing.

If you start to feel unwell (even if the symptoms are mild), we ask that you do not come to CFC locations. If you suspect you may have COVID-19, testing is widely available now, and you can find more information at Arizona Department of Health Services. As always, you can discuss your schedule and work-at-home options directly with your supervisor.

Let us know if you have questions or concerns. Stay safe!
