COVID-19 Crisis Management Team Update 6/17/20

Good afternoon team,

First, we want to thank you all for doing your part in keeping yourselves, your loved ones, and your CFC teammates safe. Secondly, we wanted to inform you that we received word an employee here at our Central Avenue office tested positive for COVID-19. Praise God that this employee is recovering quickly and starting to feel better this week. This employee has not been in the office since June 4th and had only limited contact with a small number of employees who have been made aware of the diagnosis already. The employee did not make use of the kitchen areas while in the building.

We also have two other employees with recent positive COVID tests. These two employees have not been into their respective offices since March and have had no contact with co-workers or clients for months. However, join us in praying for the health of all of our employees and especially those who are recovering from this virus.

With businesses reopening throughout the state, we encourage you to continue being responsible, cautious, and following best practices for the health and wellbeing of you and those around you. We have attached the In-Office Health & Safety Guidelines. Please remain familiar with the points listed on this document. If you are in a meeting where these guidelines are not being followed, you can join via Teams instead and follow up with your supervisor to let them know that the guidelines need to be followed. If you do not feel comfortable speaking directly with your supervisor, you can let any member of the Crisis Management Team know of your concerns.

The Crisis Management Team is staying informed about the COVID statistics and updates from the state, and we are still meeting as needed. At our Central Avenue location, public areas and high touchpoints are being sanitized nightly, the cleaning kits are stocked and being utilized in all of the meeting rooms, signage has been put up throughout the building and, most importantly, we ask that you do not come to the office if you are feeling unwell. Our offices are low-risk environments, and we ask that all of our staff do what they can to protect each other during this unprecedented time.

Your Crisis Management Team
