COVID-19 Crisis Management Team Update 4/8/20

Good afternoon,

We received word today that an employee here at our Central Avenue office has been given a presumptive diagnosis of COVID-19 by a primary care physician. Due to mild symptoms exhibited and a shortage of tests available, this employee has opted to forego official testing. This employee is not in the office this week but was in the office last week and did visit the kitchen and Welcome Center areas.

Currently, all of our public areas and high touch points are being cleaned every weeknight, and we continue to encourage each of you to take necessary precautions in your daily interactions and in maintaining recommended social distancing. All employees have been offered the opportunity to work remotely, and we continue to extend this choice to each of you. Please speak directly with your supervisor about expectations and scheduling of remote work.

Let us know if you have questions or concerns. Stay safe!

Your Crisis Management Team
