COVID-19 Crisis Management Team Update 4/29/20

Good afternoon everyone,

Continued prayers over all of us as we navigate pandemic-related changes in our lives, both personally and professionally! Be encouraged in God’s peace and provisions, and know that all you do in His name is impactful beyond measure.

In our Crisis Team meeting this morning, we discussed how soon Governor Doug Ducey might be addressing the state. In case you were not aware, the governor’s Executive Order, Stay Home, Stay Healthy, Stay Connected was dated through April 30th, and thus we are anticipating to hear more regarding the Order. Just a short time ago, we learned that Governor Doug Ducey will be giving an update later this afternoon. We will listen in and provide any relevant updates to our team soon.

We would like to take this opportunity to remind our staff about the CDC guidelines for maintaining safe behavioral practices:

  • Physical distancing (six feet of distance between individuals in a shared space)
  • Frequently washing hands or using alcohol-based (at least 60% alcohol) hand sanitizer when soap and water are not available
  • Wearing cloth face coverings
  • Avoiding touching eyes, nose, and mouth
  • Staying home when sick
  • Cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched objects and surfaces

To maintain consistency in our communication, you will see one weekly email from this team. If there is an urgent development prior to the scheduled email, we will also make sure to address those items as needed.

Thank you!

Your Crisis Management Team
